By accessing or using the website located at www.eVoteSolutions.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including:

  • HOA members (voters)
  • Board members
  • Community managers
  • Association representatives

eVote Solutions provides a secure online platform for:

  • HOA elections
  • Balloting and voting services
  • Election administration support

We may act as, or support, an independent Inspector of Elections in accordance with California Civil Code §§ 5100–5145.

  • Be a current member of a participating HOA or authorized voter
  • Provide accurate and complete informationBalloting and voting services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and HOA governing documents

Unauthorized use of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

You may be required to create an account or verify your identity.:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Not share access with others
  • Notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

For users in California, we process personal information in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and applicable laws governing HOA elections.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with:

  • HOA clients and their authorized representatives (for election administration purposes only)
  • Service providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery, security services)
  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and security
